Exchange & return very simple

Simply exchange or return products purchased from us.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience with us and make the exchange and return of products purchased from our shop as easy as possible.

All products of our shop meet high quality standards and we therefore guarantee a 50 day right to return.

We will take back your engagement ring even if your partner has already worn it. We will only charge you a fee of €35 for reconditioning, which we will hold back when refunding the purchase price.

If you want to change your ring size or a product purchased from us you can easily request the free shipping process in our return portal.

If any items purchased from us do not meet your expectations of material or manufacturing, we will exchange the product, completely free of charge or have it repaired for you.

The procedure is completely free of charge, we only charge a processing fees of €35 for resizing engraved rings. In the case of a return or exchange, we will refund the full purchase price and all shipping costs. You can easily request a free return note in our return portal.

Although we offer far more comprehensive warranty services, the statutory manufacturer's warranty will of course remain unaffected for all products purchased from us.
