The founding idea for this shop

I grew up in the so-called "Golden City of Pforzheim" and have been involved with diamonds, gemstones and jewellery since my childhood. Ever since, my fascination for diamonds has not stopped, which is why I applied to the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) after my studies to complete the "Graduate Gemologist Program". The "Graduate Gemologist" degree is comparable to a diploma in gemstone science and gemstone evaluation.

I came up with the idea of launching our German shop VERLOBUNGSRINGE.de which carrying out market research on engagement rings. It quickly became clear to me, that although most men want to give an engagement ring when proposing, only a few know what constitutes a high-quality engagement ring, set with a beautiful diamond. Once we noticed, that our customers love our service, we wanted to make it available for more countries, which is why we launched shops in different languages. We want a website that provides answers - especially for men - to questions about the quality, workmanship and the right choice of materials for an engagement ring. At the same time, we want to make sure that you can buy an engagement ring that exactly meets these criteria and is available at workshop prices.
